Yes! All our systems come with a user-friendly admin panel. We also provide training sessions (virtual or in-person) so you and your staff can manage the system confidently. We also provide timely support and management if need be.

Our School Management System is a complete digital solution designed to modernize and simplify school operations. It features secure role-based portals for Administrators, Teachers, and Students. School admins can efficiently manage students, staff, classes, and subjects, including bulk student uploads via Excel. Teachers have a powerful portal to set examination questions, create and grade assignments, take attendance, and upload CA and exam scores seamlessly. Students can log in to receive assignments, submit their work online, take timed CBT exams, track their academic progress, and check results instantly. The system also provides automated result computation, detailed academic reports, attendance tracking, and a structured question-setting module. Built for reliability, security, and ease of use, our platform helps schools increase efficiency, transparency, and academic excellence while embracing full digital transformation.

The admin panel and parent portal are fully mobile-responsive - they work great on smartphones and tablets without needing to download any app. We can also build a native Android app as an optional add-on.

Yes. You can enable a student portal where students log in to view their results, print their report cards, and check their fee balance. This is configurable by the school admin.

Yes. We require 50% upfront before development begins, and 50% upon delivery and your approval. For larger projects, we can split into 3 milestone-based payments.

We work iteratively with constant client feedback, so surprises at delivery are rare. If you're unhappy with something, we revise it - up to 3 major revision rounds are included in every project.

Annual maintenance is optional. Your system will keep working without it, but we recommend it for priority support, bug fixes, and minor improvements.

All projects include 30 days of free support post-launch. After that, clients on maintenance plans get priority emergency support. We aim to respond to critical issues within 4 hours.
